Calls tab in Synthflow AI

The Calls tab provides a central place to manage, filter, and analyze calls made by your Assistant. You can search for calls, listen to recordings, review transcripts, apply labels, and export data to streamline call management.

Key features include:

  • Call list & filtering: View all calls made by your Assistant and filter by date, type, status, duration, and labels.
  • Search & sorting: Locate specific calls using Call ID or organize them with batch-applied labels.
  • Call details: Click on a call to see essential information, including date, status, contact, call type, the phone number used, and the reason the call ended.
  • Call review & analysis: Listen to recordings, rate call quality, review timestamped transcripts, view call analysis, and check any executed actions.
  • Exporting data: Export call logs to CSV, and download transcripts or recordings for further review or sharing.
  • Contacts view: Switch to the Contacts tab to see calls grouped by contact or search by name for a specific conversation history.

Step-by-step: Navigate to the Calls tab

1. Click on any Assistant to see its calls.
