Create A New GHL Appointment In Sythflow

1. Click "Actions" tab

2. Click here on "Real Time Booking"

3. Click "Create"

4. Select GoHighLevel Calendar

5. Click "Connect"

6. Select your Subaccount. Important: Agency account doesn't have calendars, pick a subaccount.

7. Click "Create" again, now that GoHighLevel is connected

8. Select GoHighLevel Calendar

9. Click this dropdown to choose your calendar

10. Click "Next"

11. Change the Calendar Title

12. Click "Automatically confirm this appointment"

13. You can change how many days will the Assistant offer in the first exchange. Important: That doesn't mean the Assistant can't offer slots for example next week.

14. You can change how many slots per day will the Assistant offer in the first exchange. Important: That doesn't mean the Assistant can't offer slots in the same day if required by the user.

15. You can change the slots gap.

16. Click "Save"

17. Go back to "Assistants" tab

18. Select the Assistant where you want to enable the Real Time Booking

19. Navigate to the "Actions" tab

20. Click "Add"

21. Select the Real Time Booking Action you have just created
