This guide will go over SIP integration in Synthflow AI

SIP integration in Synthflow AI

For enterprise customers, Synthflow AI supports SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) integration, allowing you to connect your own voice provider account and bring over existing phone numbers, telephony integrations, and infrastructure. This provides greater control and flexibility over your telephony setup.

Supported telephony providers

Synthflow AI supports SIP trunking, a common service offered by most telephony providers. Your provider will likely support this integration.

  • Twilio
  • Telnyx (guide coming soon)
  • Vonage (guide coming soon)
  • RingCentral (guide coming soon)

Elastic SIP trunking (recommended)

We recommend using Elastic SIP trunking to integrate your telephony provider with Synthflow AI. To do this, you’ll need to:

  1. Set up SIP trunking with your provider.
  2. Configure your number to point to the SIP trunk.
  3. Import the number into Synthflow AI.

Enterprise access & rate limits

SIP trunking is available only on the Enterprise plan. To gain access or request an increase in rate limits, contact our sales team.
