Import Subaccounts from GoHighLevel to Synthflow

Im going to show you how to connect your GHL correctly to Synthflow.

1. Click "Agency" at the bottom left of your screen

2. Click "Subaccounts"

3. Click the create button on the top right

4. Click "Import from GoHighLevel"

5. As you see here I have agencies in my account, if you already see this then you have connected your account correctly! There is nothing else you need to do!

6. However If you have already connected your GHL and you see this then your GHL is connected incorrectly and you will need to disconnect it and reconnect it.

7. Click "Integrations"

8. Click "GoHighLevel"

9. Click "Disconnect" This will disconnect your GHL from Synthflow.

10. Once that's done Click "Agency" again

11. Click "Subaccounts"

12. Click "Create"

13. Click "Import from GoHighLevel"

14. Click "Connect"

Alert: Alert! If you see "Invalid Authentication" Open an incognito browser and Login to Synthflow and go through steps 12 - 16 again this time you will be asked to login to GHL, Login with your Agency GHL account. This should fix the issue.

15. You will not connect to your Agency account here. Your Agency name will not be "Synthflow"

16. Click allow access to sub accounts

17. Click here.

18. Click "Proceed"

19. Now you are finished! When you click Create and 'Import from GHL" again you will see all of your sub accounts.
