When you edit your bot, the first section you see is this General section, where you can tweak your overall bot behavior and give it a name and label.

If you go down a little farther you will find a few more bot settings to allow for more customization and control over your bot.

Lets dive deeper into these settings above.

Stop for upset lead - Stop the AI automatically if aggression is detected from the contact. This is helpful for reactivation campaigns or other outreach scenarios.

Stop when all objectives are done - Turning this on Stop the AI automatically when all of the objectives on the Objectives tab are finished.

Multi-objective handling - This allows for the AI to complete multiple objectives simultaneously instead of forcing it to do them one at a time.

Default Model - Select the type of model you would like to use for the responses. GPT-4 Turbo New is gpt-4-turbo and GPT-4 Turbo Preview is gpt-4-turbo-preview.

Frequency AI Typos - Percentage of time you want AI to make a typo error on purpose. 100 means the AI will make this purposeful error 100% of the time... 0 means it will never do this. Typical humans have typos between 1-10% of the time so try using something in this range.

Frequency Breakup Larger Messages - Percentage of time you want AI to break up larger messages into smaller messages. 100 means it will always break up larger messages into multiple. 0 means it never will. We recommend keeping this between 0 and 60 to give the perception of human responses.

Prohibited Words - Words you want to be changed out for a new word if your bot is about to use it in its response. Useful if you're not allowed to say certain words in your industry or to improve text message deliverability by avoiding spam words.
