Connecting AdLaunch to Facebook & Instagram

Overview

To fully utilize AdLaunch, you need to connect your Facebook and Instagram accounts. This integration allows seamless campaign management, real-time data tracking, and AI-powered optimization.

Step 1: Access Integrations

1. Log into your AdLaunch Dashboard.
2. Navigate to the Integrations tab.
3. Locate the Facebook & Instagram Ads section.

Step 2: Connect Your Facebook & Instagram Ads Account

1. Click Connect Facebook Ads.
2. Log into your Facebook account when prompted.
3. Select the correct Facebook Business Manager and Ad Account.
4. Grant necessary permissions for AdLaunch to manage your campaigns.
5. Ensure your Instagram Account is linked to the selected Facebook Business Manager.
6. Click Confirm & Connect.

Step 3: Verify Your Connection

1. Return to the Integrations tab.
2. Ensure Facebook & Instagram Ads show a Connected status.
3. Test by syncing ad account data into AdLaunch.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

• Unable to Connect Facebook Ads? – Ensure you have admin access to the Facebook Business Manager.
• Instagram Not Showing? – Check that your Instagram account is linked to the correct Facebook Business Page.
• Integration Fails? – Try logging out and reconnecting, clearing cookies, or checking for permission issues.
