1. To start, open up an Assistant that you want to use.

2. Next, in your prompt, find the piece of information you want to extract. In this example we want to capture if the user is considering new career opportunities.

7. Select the option that matches the type for extraction.

In this example it's going to be a Yes or No answer.

8. Next, give it a name. For this example I'm going to use "open_to_opportunities".

9. Next we want to let the AI know what it should extract from the call. Make this as simple as possible.

For this example I'm going to type "Is the user open to considering new opportunities."

10. Next, click "Save"

11. Go back into your Assistants tab.

12. Open your assistant.

13. Go back into Actions.

14. Click "Add" and select the newly created action.

Tip: Done. Now you can go through and repeat this process for each piece of information you want to extract from the Assistant Call.
