Options to create a new Assistant

You can create an outbound, inbound, or widget Assistant. To learn more, visit: Types of assistants.

✅All Assistants are interactive voice agents designed for real-time conversations.

To create a new Assistant, you have three options:

1. Start from scratch

This option allows the most customization, and works best if you want to configure your Assistant yourself.

2. Quick assistant setup

This option allows you to choose a templated Assistant, and works best if you want most of the configuration done for you. Note that you can edit the Assistant once it's set up.

3. Browse our templates

This option allows you to browse from a selection of templates, and works best if you want a specific configuration that already exists.

Step-by-step: Create a new Assistant

1. In Synthflow, navigate to the Assistants tab. Then, click:

a. Start from scratch (Guide)

b. Quick Assistant Setup (Guide), or

c. Browse our Templates (Guide)

2. If you have an existing Assistant, first click Create Assistant to see the options.
