General configuration overview

The General tab lets you define your Assistant’s core settings, ensuring it aligns with your needs and brand identity. Here, you can customize its name, image, voice, AI model, and knowledge base, as well as fine-tune how it processes language.

Key features include:

• Naming and branding with Assistant Name and Image.
• Choosing the Voice Engine and AI Model that best suit your use case.
• Setting the Timezone to match your assistant’s operating region.
• Expanding its understanding with a Knowledge Base and Custom Vocabulary.
• Refining responses by filtering out unwanted words with Filter Words.
• Removing the assistant permanently with Delete Assistant if needed.

Step-by-step: General configuration

1. From the General tab, you can customize:

a. Assistant Name: Set a name for your Assistant.
