Call analysis overview

Synthflow AI provides multiple ways to review and analyze your Assistant’s calls:

  • View a transcript to read a timestamped record of the conversation.
  • Use the built-in analysis tool to gain insights into call performance.
  • Listen to call recordings for a full playback of interactions.

These tools help you assess call quality, troubleshoot issues, and refine your Assistant’s responses.

Transcript

1. Click on any call to view its details.

b. Click Get recording to retrieve the call recording.

c. Click the play icon to listen to the recording.

d. Rate the call with a thumbs up or down.
