This guide will explain how to create a Knowledge Base in Synthflow AI. 

Step-by-step: Create a Knowledge Base

You can create a Knowledge Base directly from the dashboard by following these steps:

1. a. Navigate to the Knowledge Base tab in the Synthflow AI dashboard, then

b. Click + New to begin setting up your Knowledge Base.

2. a. Name your Knowledge Base.

b. Add trigger conditions for RAG search.

c. Click Create.

3. Next, click Add Document.

4. You can add content using one of the following methods:

a. Upload PDF File: Import documents directly.

b. Blank Document: Manually add and edit content.

c. Paste from URL: Pull content from an external webpage.

After adding documents, your Assistant will be able to reference them by RAG search to answer questions.
