Fast Track Setup (Client Checklist)

✅ 1. Synthflow Setup Instructions

To activate your AI voice assistant, follow these two steps:

Step 1: Upgrade Your Synthflow Plan

1. Log in to your Synthflow account at https://synthflow.ai
   
   

2. Click on your profile icon in the BOTTOM LEFT> Select upgrade plan
   
   

3. Choose a paid plan (, Free, Starter or Business, depending on your needs)
   
   

4. Enter your payment information and confirm your upgrade
   
   

Step 2: Buy a Phone Number

1. In Synthflow, go to the “Numbers” tab
   
   

2. Click “Buy New Number”
   
   

3. Search by area code (e.g. 213, 305) and choose a number you like
   
   

4. Click Buy and confirm the purchase

If your preferred phone number or area code isn't available in Synthflow, we can purchase a number with your desired area code through GoHighLevel and forward calls to your Synthflow number. On our mid and high-tier Advanced Setup plans, we also offer Twilio integration for expanded number availability.

✅ 2. CloseBot Setup Instructions (Buy Credits)

CloseBot uses pay-per-response credits to reply to leads on Facebook, Instagram, SMS, and Website Chat.

Step-by-Step:

1. Log in to CloseBot at https://bot.elitemarketingauthority.com
   
   

2. Go to Billing > Buy Credits
   
   

3. Choose a credit package (we recommend starting with 100+ credits)
   
   

4. Add your payment method and confirm your purchase
   
   

? Credits are used only when your bot replies—nothing is charged for unused messages.

✅ 3. Uphex Setup Instructions (Card Authorization)

To launch and manage your ads, Uphex needs a payment method connected.

Step-by-Step:

1. Go to your Facebook Ads Manager
   
   

2. Navigate to Billing > Payment Settings
   
   

3. Click “Add Payment Method”
   
   

4. Enter your card details and save
   
   

Then, notify us once your ad account is ready. We'll handle the pixel, campaign, and funnel integration.

✅ 4. GoHighLevel Setup – Domain & Phone Number Purchase

We need a business phone number and domain connected to your account to launch your funnel and automation system.

Step 1: Buy a LeadConnector Phone Number

1. Log into your GoHighLevel account
   
   

2. Go to Settings > Phone Numbers
   
   

3. Click “Add Number”
   
   

4. Search for a number by your preferred area code
   
   

5. Select a number and click “Add” (Twilio will bill you ~$1/month)
   
   

Step 2: Connect or Buy a Domain

Option A – Use your existing domain:

1. Go to Settings > Domains
   
   

2. Click “Add Domain”, and enter your domain (e.g., mybusiness.com)
   
   

3. Follow the DNS instructions shown (update CNAME in your domain registrar like GoDaddy)
